About The Food Coach
Judy Davie started The Food Coach in 2001, and was described recently on The Urban List as "one of the most established health experts you could ever find online". Long before the term blogging was ever invented, she's been sharing her passion for healthy eating through her weekly newsletter, articles, recipes and short videos.
Her previous books include, The Food Coach, Read the Label and StarFoods co-authored with Dr Joanna McMillan. Over the years she has also written for Woman's Day, Body and Soul, and Prevention magazine.
When she's not developing recipes, writing books and making videos, Judy spends her time managing and running workshops and health challenges for corporate companies and blue collar organisations.
